A community platform for technology classes, wholesale electronics opportunities, device services, and hands-on learning.

JMILCO hosts SilverTech DMV classes at 505 Hampton Park Blvd. in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Together, the organizations bring practical instruction closer to youth, adults, returning citizens, entrepreneurs, and career changers across Prince George's County and the DMV.

Family Educational Advancement International Foundation, Inc.

Papas Land meets people with dignity, compassion, and practical support. Its work brings educational opportunity, essential resources, technology access, and caring human connection into the same community mission.

Ralph Oliver serves as Project Manager for computer and electronic-equipment donations, coordinating outreach, acceptance, collection, transportation, inventory, documentation, and responsible equipment management. Through the SilverTech collaboration, reusable laptops and electronics can become training tools, restored devices, and gateways to education or employment.
